3.1 Scope of Service: Upon your request and payment of the add-on fee, our staff will record a continuous video of unboxing your parcel to assist you with e-commerce (e.g., Shopee/Lazada) disputes.

3.2 Inspection Limitations & Basic Power-On Tests: Our standard unboxing service includes a basic visual check against the shipping waybill and, if applicable, a basic power-on test.
- Original Cables & Chargers Only: We will only perform a power-on test if the original power cable, plug, or charger is provided inside the box. If the required power accessories are not included in the parcel, we will strictly refuse to test the item to prevent any risk of voltage mismatch or accidental damage.
- Basic Power-On Test & Waiver of Liability: If the original cables are present, we are happy to plug in the device to see if it receives power. However, all power-on tests are performed entirely at your own risk. We hold absolutely zero liability for any short circuits, electrical failures, blown fuses, or software malfunctions that occur during this test.
- No Feature Testing: We only check if the device turns on. We do not test specific functions, connect devices to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, run software, or operate machinery.
- General Limitations: We do not verify the authenticity or brand originality of any items (e.g., spotting fake goods). We are also not responsible for micro-defects, internal missing components, or discrepancies not clearly visible during a standard unboxing.

3.3 Dispute Deadlines: We provide the video evidence solely for your use. You are 100% responsible for filing any return/refund claims with the seller or platform before their guarantee period expires. We hold zero liability if you miss the dispute deadline, or if the platform rejects your video evidence.

3.4 Return Drop-Off Service Waiver: If you utilize our "Return on My Behalf" service, our responsibility strictly ends the moment we hand the parcel over to the designated courier counter and obtain the drop-off receipt/scan. We hold zero liability for the courier delaying or losing the parcel in transit, nor are we responsible if the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) ultimately rejects your refund/return claim for any reason.
